Every connection, instance and running task you create has to be cleaned up, and forgetting one is the most common source of Roblox memory leaks. Janitor tracks them all and destroys them in a single call.
It handles RBXScriptConnections, Instances, functions, threads, other Janitors, and anything with a Destroy method. You can also give an item a key and replace it later, which is useful for things like a current tween.
A strictly better version of the pattern where you keep a table of connections and loop over it.
